Registration and Participation Requirements
Technical Requirements
- Each student must create and maintain one individual account. Any
attempt to create more than one account will result in system lockout.
- A computer or tablet is required. Cell phones may not be used to take
the class. Smartphones are permitted only for the Kahoot! component.
- A stable and reliable internet connection is required. Students must
test connectivity in advance.
- Camera, microphone, and speakers must remain operational for the duration of the class.
- A valid email address and mailing address must be provided.
Attendance Requirements
- Registration opens fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled class date.
- Students must check in forty-five (45) minutes prior to the scheduled
start time with valid photo ID and required workbook.
- Continuous on-camera attendance and participation are required.
- Full course completion is required to receive a Certificate of Completion.
- Certificates are mailed following completion. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for delivery.
Refunds and Course Cancellations
- No refunds are issued for any reason.
- No refunds for late check-in, internet loss exceeding five (5) minutes,
off-camera time, incomplete attendance, or rule violations.
- Courses may be cancelled due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen emergencies.
- If cancelled by California Safe Driver, payments may be applied to a future course date.
