Marijuana policy

Use or possession of marijuana, including medical marijuana used or possessed under Colorado Constitution Article 18, section 14, is strictly prohibited at Alive at 25 and/or Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving educational classes.

The state constitutional amendment authorizing individuals over the age of 21 to recreationally use marijuana (“Amendment 64”) does not change this prohibition or authorize a student to use marijuana. Federal law, including the Drug Free Schools Act, continues to prohibit marijuana. Thus, marijuana use, even if in compliance with Amendment 64, is strictly prohibited at Alive at 25 or Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving educational classes.

Any student whose learning is diminished to the slightest degree or who causes any other student’s learning to be diminished to the slightest degree as a result of any legal or illegal drug or substance having been introduced into the body, will be asked to leave our class.
